While it is not mandatory, it is a good idea or call for shipping help. We can make sure you don't forget important details.

-Include the power adapter (if possible) with your shipment as well as the printable contact form filled in with all pertinent information.

-Your computer should be bubble wrapped to protect against damage during the shipping process.  Your computer will be returned in the shipping packages it was received in, unless you wish to purchase a box from us.

-We are not responsible for any damage during shipment. Adequate package should prevent any damage in transit.

-You may ship using your own preferred shipping method or make one call and we will schedule pickup at your door.

-You do not pay until we call and confirm repair requested.

-We accept all major credit cards and checks.

-You pay what we pay for shipping (no extra charges for handling)
